February 3rd — 12-1pm Pacific – ZOOM — Collaborative Learning in Multiple Modalities
Two years of remote teaching has taught us innovative ways to accomplish teaching and learning in different modes. Trial and error, on both the teacher and learner, have enriched our experiences. Join CAT as we discuss with your peers ways to leverage what we’ve learned over the years to support teaching and collaboration in face-to-face, remote, and hybrid modalities– including strategies for leveraging UCLA’s Google Suite apps to support collaborative annotation. We also encourage you to share what worked well for you or what you have heard your colleagues try.
Check out our website to access our shared Google Drive folder and more information.
About the Learn at Lunch Program: These informal conversations explore strategies to support equitable and effective remote teaching. Bring your most pressing questions, ideas and strategies to share, course materials to workshop with your fellow education leaders, and anything else you’d like to discuss. All faculty, teaching assistants, and instructional support staff are welcome to attend.
