This week, we’ll explore barriers to inclusion in remote learning environments and discuss strategies that can help foster more equitable learning online. We will pay particular attention to challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and other current events–for both instructors and students–and encourage attendees to bring their questions and concerns to the group for discussion. About the Learn at Lunch Program: These informal conversations explore strategies to support equitable and effective remote teaching. Bring your most pressing questions, ideas and strategies to share, course materials to workshop with your fellow education leaders, and anything else you’d like to discuss. All faculty, teaching assistants, and instructional support staff are welcome to attend.
