Join us to discuss strategies for helping students connect with one another and with you this fall. CAT staff will share data from surveys about student experiences during Spring 2020 and introduce strategies that can help foster inclusive remote learning environments. We’ll model ways that you can create community agreements together with your students–a strategy that can be particularly valuable in this time of pandemic and protest, and with an election season upon us. We’ll also open the floor for attendees to ask questions and share tips and tricks for fostering community remotely.

About the Learn at Lunch Program: These informal conversations explore teaching remotely during a time of pandemic and protest. Bring your most pressing questions, ideas and strategies to share, course materials to workshop with your fellow education leaders, and anything else you’d like to discuss. All faculty, teaching assistants, and instructional support staff are welcome to attend.
