Join Center for the Advancement of Teaching staff for informal conversations to explore teaching remotely during a time of pandemic and protest. Bring your most pressing questions, ideas and strategies to share, course materials to workshop with your fellow education leaders, and anything else you’d like to discuss. All faculty, teaching assistants, and instructional support staff are welcome to attend.
Tuesday August 11, 2020 — 12-1pm – ZOOM — Inclusive Strategies for Remote Teaching
This week, we’ll explore barriers to inclusion in remote learning environments and discuss strategies that can help foster more equitable and inclusive learning online. We will pay particular attention to challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic–for both instructors and students–and encourage attendees to bring their questions and concerns to the group for discussion.
