TA Training Workshop: Stress & Anxiety Toolkit

Register now! Need a break from the pressures of Week 8? Join mindfulness expert Dr. Allyson Pimentel and arts-facilitator Elisabeth Nails (MoveWell) for a workshop to gain a “kit” of simple strategies to ease stress and anxiety. Use these tools for self-care and to incorporate them into your sections as a TA. Learn somatic, mindful and arts-based methodologies, as well as how to stay grounded, better tolerate discomfort, and cultivate focus. Healthy snacks will be provided.
